Planning Specialist Human-Centered Leadership
Project Manager with extensive experience in resource management, strategic planning, and execution of complex projects. Proven expertise in leading teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
After being diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 26 and having faced personal, academic, and professional challenges due to a lack of awareness and support, I became deeply passionate about organizational transformation, human-centered leadership, and effective communication. I seek to apply these skills to add value to strategic initiatives, helping ensure that others do not face the same challenges I experienced.
Driven by change, I apply my technical knowledge and dedicate part of my time to Cursinho Popular Risoflora, a free, volunteer-run collective whose mission is to prepare aspiring students, especially Black and underserved youth, for university entrance exams. Beyond academic content, we focus on providing access to culture, proper nutrition, and building a strong support network among teachers, students, and everyone involved.
